FrogTown goes NUTS for our nuts
Wetland areas along the banks of the Maumee and surrounding areas, were a popular haven for large numbers of frogs and toads, and early Toledo was appropriately dubbed the name “Frogtown.” As time passed, and a business district was developed, the swampy habitats like this became just memories. Note: NO Frogs are used in our wonderfully sweet confections. However, our Sweet Treats are HOPPING all over as we ship throughout the U.S.A. and some folks get GREEN with envy when you have them. SO.... Please share responsibly.
