  • Do I get a refund if my order is incorrect?
    Web orders are cooked to order for guaranteed freshness. Royal Cravings does not accept returns and/or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your order or any products that we shipped to you, we will be more than happy to make it right. Please contact us, and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
  • Can I buy indiviual items instead of the packs?
    Not at this time but the Variety Packs offer individual items in a group setting.
  • What payments do you accept?
    Our online store allows you to pay for your orders with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    Personal information you provide, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and billing information will not be released to any entities or individuals outside of our website.
